RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Dubbed the “City of Light,” Akari City is a large-scale project developed by Nam Long in collaboration with two Japanese investors, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad. As the general contractor, Ricons is responsible for the structural work, finishing, and mechanical and electrical installations for the substructure, superstructure and technical infrastructure, as well as the landscaping of the internal area.
Project information:
Currently, the project is accelerating its completion with tasks such as facade construction, elevator installation, roof finishing, and infrastructure landscaping.
Following schedule, site management board will complete and hand over the project to the Investor in the fourth quarter of 2024, ensuring safety, quality, and the committed timeline.
