On the evening of October 25, the Akari Hoang Nam construction crew poured a volume of 600 m3 of concrete onto the first floor of tower F3 (AK10).

According to the schedule, the batch of concrete for the first floor of the F3 skyscraper began on October 25 in the evening and was finished on October 26 in the morning. Despite the fact that construction of the tunnel took place during the challenging rainy season, the crew’s intense attention and perseverance allowed for the works to be completed successfully.

Akari City, often known as ‘the Light City,’ is a sizable undertaking by Nam Long Group, in collaboration with its two Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin and Nishi Nippon Railroad. As a General Contractor on this project, Ricons is involved in structuring, finishing and installing M&E for the tunnel, body and technical infrastructure, and internal landscape.

The project’s size includes 4 towers, each with 30 floors with 1 basement and 1.690 apartments, spreading across a total floor space of 203,000m2.
