RICONS SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORTED AUDIT AND HONORED OUTSTANDING SITE BOARD MANAGEMENT AND INDIVIDUALS IN CONSTRUCTION SAFETY AND SECURITY FOR THE SECOND QUARTER, 2024

On the morning of July 8, 2024, the Ricons Safety Department delivere quarter II/ 2024. Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuong, Deputy Head of the Safety Department, reported on the Safety and Security goals and assessed the safety risk control levels of the projects in the second quarter 2024.

During the second quarter of 2024, several activities were organized by the Safety Department at the construction sites, including: periodic safety training sessions, weekly Saturday safety inspections, guidance and inspections for storm season preparedness, and heatstroke prevention measures for workers at the projects.

Additionally, in Q2, the Safety Department implemented several improvements that proved effective in their work:

• Enhanced tools for monitoring and managing high-risk tasks;
• Training site management teams and security personnel using instructional security procedure videos.

Based on the evaluation results, the teams and individuals honored in Q2 2024 are as follows:

1. Teams:
   • First Prize: Phu My Warehouse Project
   • Second Prize: Akari Hoang Nam Project
2. Individuals:
   • Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung – Safety Supervisor at Akari Hoàng Nam Project.

Congratulations to the site management teams of Phú Mỹ Warehouse, Akari Hoàng Nam, and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung – Safety Supervisor for being honored in Q2 2024.

As we move into Q3 2024, the Ricons Safety Department has set specific key goals to be implemented across all site management teams. We hope that the site management teams will continue to adhere to Safety and Security regulations at the projects and that more teams and individuals will be recognized in Q3 2024.
