RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of August 8, 2025, Human Resources Department held a meet-and-greet between the Board of Directors and more than 50 new employees of Ricons. This was the second such program of the year, taking place simultaneously at the Ho Chi Minh City Head office and Daewoo construction site in Hanoi.
In the South, the event was attended by Mr. Tran Quang Quan – General Director, Mr. Tran Van Muoi – Operations Director, and Mr. Le Phong Vu – Human Resources Director. In the North, Mr. Vo Phung Thanh Phu – Project Director represented the Board of Directors.
Opening the program, Mr Tran Quang Quan – General Director and Mr Tran Van Muoi – Operations Director warmly welcomed the new members and shared Ricons’ vision, corporate culture, strategic direction, as well as the broad career opportunities within the company.
Amid Ricons’ continued success in winning large-scale, high-value projects, the Management affirmed that the new team members would have abundant opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities, contribute to the company’s growth, and develop their own careers.
The new employees also openly shared their impressions and early experiences working at various project sites and departments—valuable first steps in becoming part of the Ricons family.
In the second part of the program, Mr Le Phong Vu – Human Resources Director delivered a session on Ricons’ corporate culture. The training aimed to help new hires understand the company’s core values, codes of conduct, spirit of collaboration, and sense of responsibility—laying a strong foundation for connection and enabling each individual to maximize their potential within Ricons.
The meeting concluded in a warm and friendly atmosphere, inspiring each new member to quickly integrate and join hands in building a stronger, more successful Ricons.
