RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of August 29, 2024, Mr. Tran Quang Quan – General Director and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam – Operations Director conducted an inspection and expressed their support at the T3 Terminal project at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Joining them were representatives from Human Resources department, Executive Union Committee, and various other departments.
The meeting began with Mr. Vo Van Thien – MEP Director and Mr. Pham Viet Thang – Project manager, reporting on the progress and challenges encountered during the construction process. According to their reports, the project is currently in its final stages of completion and equipment installation.
After hearing the reports, Mr. Tran Quang Quan – General Director directed project management board to continue focusing on maintaining the schedule, ensuring safety, and implementing proper construction methods. He also motivated project management board to follow the Prime Minister’s directives to “overcome sun, beat rain”, work in “three shifts, four teams”, and “eat hastily, sleep urgently” in the next phase of the project.
Representatives from Human Resources department and Executive Union Committee also discussed matters related to training and company activities. In the subsequent part of the program, the leadership addressed concerns and questions from the staff and shared insights into Ricons’ future development directions.
The event took place in a warm and open atmosphere. Board of Directors emphasized the importance of diligence and team spirit, especially during this critical phase of the project. The visit showcased Board of Directors’s deep commitment, boosting morale and strength among project management board to continue their journey with enthusiasm and determination.
