Entering September, Ricons continues to accelerate the completion of 306 semi-detached villas and villas in The Plaza area of the Eco Central Park Vinh project, Nghe An province.
This nearly 200-hectare project is the first in Vinh City to be built with a unique and world-class landscape, creating a multi-layered ecosystem along the Lam River. Partnering with Ecopark, the project’s founder, Ricons serves as the strategic contractor, responsible for the structural and basic finishing work for the entire The Garden area.
Previously, in January and July 2024, Ricons successfully handed over 263 units in The Garden and 256 units in The Garden 2, ensuring safety and quality, and receiving high praise from the investor.
It is expected that 224 semi-detached villas and villas in The Plaza area will be completed and handed over to the Investor in quarter III, 2024.
