Latest updates from the Eco Central Park project in Vinh City, Nghe An Province. This project sees a collaboration between Ricons and the founder of Ecopark. As the Strategic Contractor, Ricons is responsible for the construction of all 825 townhouses spread across three subdivisions: The Garden 1, The Garden 2, and The Plaza. Here are the details:
The Garden 1: Successfully completed and handed over to the developer in the first quarter of 2024.
The Garden 2: Currently in the final stages of completion, with handover scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.
The Plaza: Under construction and expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2024. Spanning nearly 200 hectares, Eco Central Park is the first project in Vinh City to feature a unique, high-class landscape, creating a multi-tiered ecosystem. To date, it is also the only project in Vinh that boasts the 10-hectare Swan Lake and has up to 50 hectares of greenery and water bodies, providing a refreshing living environment for its residents.
