RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
This July, Ricons is turning over the Sky Oasis Residence from the Bay Island Apartment Project (CT07) to its investor – Ecopark Group.
With a size of roughly 500 hectares, Ecopark is the largest ecological urban area in the North. The project is situated in Van Giang district, Hung Yen province. A perfect and clean living area away from the smog of the city, Ecopark is situated close to the Bat Trang pottery village and 13 kilometres from Hoan Kiem Lake, the capital of Hanoi.
The Sky Oasis Residence is situated in the commercial and touristic metropolitan district of Van Giang (Ecopark), which consists of upscale residential buildings and shopping malls. The most luxurious Ecopark subdivision, Sky Oasis, has more than 350,000 square meters of water surface and green space.
The project has a height of 41 stories and two basements. As the project’s general contractor, Ricons takes great pride in the design and construction process.
The first step in transforming Ecopark from what is expected as a local ‘Central Park’ into a the perfect unison of nature and functionality – Sky Oasis.
The project’s initial occupants are expected to move in this August 1. Much as the Covid-19 epidemic slowed down work, accomplishing the project was nevertheless a timely achievement given Ricons’ strict safety standards and the dedication of the whole steering group; and unquestionably, the investor expressed their keen appreciation for the building.
