As of May 2026, Victoria Village has entered the final stage of construction, with the project team focusing on the remaining finishing works to prepare for handover to the Developer and customers as scheduled.
On site, Ricons’ Site Management Board is mobilizing resources to accelerate the execution of finishing works, while maintaining strict control over safety, quality, and site cleaning works. This critical phase requires close monitoring and disciplined execution to ensure that all work items are completed in accordance with technical requirements and handover standards.
According to the project schedule, Victoria Village is expected to be completed by the end of June 2026, marking another significant milestone in Ricons’ journey of accompanying Novaland in large-scale residential developments.
