[PROJECT UPDATE]: AKARI HOANG NAM COMPLETED FLOORS B1’S CONCRETE FILLINGS, TOWERS F1 AND F2.

A concrete batch with a total volume of more than 1500m3 was poured into the B1 levels of the two towers F1 and F2 on the evening of October 14 by Akari Hoang Nam’s construction crew.

As scheduled, batches of concrete fillings for floors B1, towers F1 and F2, will begin on October 14 in the evening, and is expected to be finished on October 17 in the evening.

Prior to this, the execution team successfully implemented more than 1400m3 of batch B1 floor block area F3-F4 and finished on October 1st, ahead of schedule. Despite the fact that the tunnel construction took place during the wet season, coupled with the negative impact of Typhoon Noru. Despite being presented by numerous challenges, the team persevered and the batches were successfully completed.

Akari City, often known as ‘The Light City,’ is a sizable undertaking that Nam Long is putting into action in collaboration with two Japanese partners, Hankyu Hanshin and Nishi Nippon Railroad. As a General Contractor on this project, Ricons is involved with structuring, finishing and installing M&E for the tunnel, body and technical infrastructure, internal landscape.

The scope of the project includes 4 towers, each with 30 floors, a basement, and 1,690 apartments spreading across a total floor space of 203,000m2.
