On August 19, 2025, at the construction site of ZhengXing (Vietnam) Factory – Phase 3, the site management team successfully completed the concrete pouring of the +6m slab, Zone 4 – Workshop D. This marked a key milestone, reaffirming that the project progress has been consistently maintained in line with the schedule.
Despite challenges posed by unpredictable rainy weather conditions, the site management team proactively implemented protective measures to ensure concrete quality while maintaining strict control over safety and progress on site.
Located in the Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Trang Bang, Tay Ninh – one of the region’s key industrial hubs – ZhengXing (Vietnam) Factory – Phase 3 covers a total area of 6.8 hectares. Phase II is being developed on an area of approximately 2.0 hectares, comprising Workshops C and D with a total floor area of 32,000 m², along with auxiliary facilities and external roads covering 1,000 m².
According to the construction plan, in September 2025 the project will proceed with concrete pouring at Zone 1 and Zone 3, aiming to meet the short-term milestone of being ready for steel truss installation in October 2025. At the same time, the entire project is being closely monitored to achieve the long-term goal of completion and handover to the Investor by the end of 2025.
