On December 1, 2025, the Solaria Rise project successfully completed the concrete casting for the Level 1 floor beams of Tower B – marking an important milestone in completing all concrete works for the foundations and Level 1 structures of all four towers (A, B, C, and D).
Located at the “heart” of the Waterpoint Township (Ben Luc, Tay Ninh), Solaria Rise is developed by Nam Long Group in partnership with strategic investor Nishi Nippon Railroad (Japan), a corporation with more than 100 years of experience in the real estate sector.
PROJECT INFORMATION
– Four towers A–B–C–D ranging from 8 to 17 floors, comprising a total of 698 units from studio apartments to 3-bedroom apartments.
– 66 shophouses.
Solaria Rise is a pioneering development applying the international green living standard EDGE, emphasizing energy efficiency, environmental protection, and improved quality of life for its future residents.
Commenced in July 2025, the project is now accelerating the construction of the superstructure, podium, and infrastructure works, ensuring all items progress according to plan.
As the General Contractor accompanying Nam Long Group, Ricons is committed to upholding Safety – Quality – Schedule, contributing to the completion of the product ecosystem within the 355-hectare integrated Waterpoint Township in Western Ho Chi Minh City.
