1. Construction Progress::
– Tower HH1-1: Structural works have reached 13th floor
– Tower HH1-2: Structural works have reached 11th floor
– Finishing works: Wall construction underway at typical floors 5–6–7
The Site Management Board is optimizing resources, expediting construction activities, and maintaining strict quality control across all stages to ensure the project meets the highest standards of safety and technical excellence.
2. Project Overview:
– Project name: High-rise Mixed-use Tower HH1 – part of Golden Palace A Complex (The Matrix One – Phase 2)
– Developer: Mai Linh Investment JSC
– Location: Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi
3. Scale:
– Tower HH1-1: 3 basements and 44 floors above ground
– Tower HH1-2: 3 basements and 37 floors above ground
– Total apartments: 975 units
