RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Ricons is pleased to provide the latest construction progress update for The Victoria – Towers V11 & V12, a project in which Ricons is proudly partnering with the MIK Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company. The project is located within the newly developed Tay Mo – Đai Mo urban area in West Hanoi.
Project Information:
– Project name: The Victoria
– Scale: 2 towers (V11 – V12), each comprising 38 floors
– Total number of units: 1,230 apartments
– Ricons’ scope of work: Superstructure construction and masonry
Since commencing in April 2025, the project is being executed on schedule.
– Structural works: Completed up to Level 29
– Masonry works: Progressed to Levels 22–23
All work packages are being carried out continuously, in accordance with the approved schedule, and in strict compliance with the project’s safety and quality management systems.
The Ricons site management team maintains the highest level of effort and discipline, with a firm commitment to ensure Safety – Schedule – Quality, exercise tight control over every construction stage and meet the stringent technical and progress requirements set by the Client.
