In recent days, Ricons officially handed over the 2 towers – Danube and Seine, from Project Westgate to investors and residents.
Westgate is a contemporary apartment complex, located in the administrative center of Binh Chanh, Tan Tuc, Binh Chanh District, HCM City. The work was invested by An Gia Real Estate Group, with Ricons as the General Contractor.

Officially deployed in May 2021, the project is built on a funded area of 3.1 hectares. The plan included 2 basements that provide parking for four 20-story towers, with a total of 2,000 apartments, shophouses, and villas. So far, Ricons has officially handed over the first two towers to the investor: Danube and Seine.
Westgate is designed with a range of modern and impressive facilities, namely Olympic-standard swimming pools, multi-purpose sports fields, BBQ areas, Jacuzzi tubs installed within lazy rivers, as well as indoor and outdoor play areas. In addition, the 1.9-hectare internal park, which is considered the lung of the whole project, has also been completed and put into use.

Conclusively after 6 months of work on the finishing stages, the project has successfully reached its timely completion, meeting the required safety/quality commitment, and has so far received high praise from An Gia.
