On the afternoon of August 31, 2023, The Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), together with Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, and contractors held a groundbreaking ceremony for the two projects: Long Thanh International Airport project – Section 1, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Passenger Terminal T3.
Cụ thể, cùng với các Liên danh, Ricons tham Ricons, as part of the Joint Venture, participated in two bidding packages: Package 5.10, titled ‘Construction and installation of passenger terminal equipment’ (Long Thanh International Airport), and Package No.12, ‘Construction and equipment installation of passenger terminal T3’ (Passenger Terminal T3 construction project – Tan Son Nhat Airport).
These are two significant national initiatives with significant consequences for the growth of the southern major economic zone and Vietnam in general. The two airports constitute a strong, contemporary port cluster that will become one of the region’s key aviation hubs in the future, helping to ensure the effective implementation of a significant breakthrough in transportation infrastructure. The combined investment for the two projects adds up to an estimated 53,000 billion VND.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the authoritative figures pressed the button at 5:00 p.m. to initiate the Long Thanh International Airport project and Passenger Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated the six fundamental requirements for the building of bidding packages during the occasion. He demanded that contractors carry out work with the utmost care and rigorous adherence to construction laws, while stressing the importance of sufficient machinery, equipment, and human resources management in order for the projects to progress in full force.
The Prime Minister pointed out the significant part of the Government, as well as the steering committees, ministries, branches, and agencies in their much-needed support to eliminate barriers for investors and contractors in order to fulfill the two critical projects.



Contractor representatives stated in their speeches that they were fully equipped to achieve the investor’s pledges in terms of technique, quality, and specified timetable.
Ricons’ warriors of construction are more than willing to join hands in the two joint ventures, creating yet another of its iconic trademarks in the face of Vietnam’s ideals.
