On November 8, 2025, Ricons, in collaboration with the Developer – Empire City LLC, successfully held the Commencement Ceremony of the Narra Residences project.
Located in the heart of the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City, Narra Residences is one of the high-end developments within the Thu Thiem Observation Tower complex.
