"EFFECTIVE PROJECT TIMELINE MANAGEMENT" TRAINING PROGRAM

On the morning of August 26, 2023, a specialized training session titled “Effective Project Progress Management” took place at Ricons’ head office. The session was led by Mr. Nguyen Viet Don – MEP Project Director, who assumed the role of an internal lecturer.

The target audience for the program included department heads, deputy heads, and chief supervisors. The key topics shared by Mr. Nguyen Viet Don during the program were as follows:

• Gaining a clear understanding of the steps and sequence required to establish and control a project effectively and accurately
• Evaluating and analyzing the major project milestones to create and adjust the progress of work items and the overall project
• Acquiring the skills for efficient and professional project control and management.

With his extensive experience in project management, the skills and knowledge shared by Mr. Don undoubtedly prove valuable to the participating trainees. They can readily apply and put them into practice in their real work situations at construction sites.
