RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the afternoon of December 2, 2025, the Trade Union, in collaboration with the Human Resources Management Department of Ricons, organized a visit to the project management team of SORA Gardens III. The delegation included Mr. Tran Van Muoi – Operations Director, Mr. Thach Thanh Tam – Project Director, Mr. Le Phong Vu – Human Resources Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Du – Chairwoman of the Trade Union, along with representatives from the Trade Union Executive Committee.
The visit took place in a warm and engaging atmosphere. On behalf of the Company’s Leadership, Mr. Tran Van Muoi and Mr. Thach Thanh Tam extended sincere words of encouragement to the project management team—those who have been working tirelessly to ensure safety, progress, and quality during the peak construction phase. They also shared Ricons’ development orientations for 2026, emphasizing the Company’s unwavering commitment to unity, innovation and sustainable growth.
Additionally, Mr. Le Phong Vu provided updates on Ricons’ diverse and continuously enhanced training programs aimed at developing the workforce, while also addressing questions regarding employee policies and benefits.
The visit was not only an opportunity to express appreciation and boost the morale of the project team during the year-end acceleration period, but also a chance for the Trade Union to listen to employees’ sentiments and expectations, thereby continuing to support and care for their well-being.
The program concluded on a positive and motivating note, empowering the SORA Gardens III team to confidently move forward and achieve upcoming goals, contributing to Ricons’ growth journey in 2026.
