Trade union representatives visit construction sites across the country

In the bustling year-end atmosphere, Ricons Trade Union organized visits to on-site managers across the country. After a difficult year due to impacts of the epidemic, the moment staff members could sit down together for sharing was clearly emotional. Hearing candid life and work stories from the on-site managers, the Trade Union has further understood and appreciated their efforts and sacrifices.

The end of the year is a “hot” time at the construction site when progress targets are pushed forward. Therefore, the encouragement from the Trade Union has motivated the on-site staff to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
