As part of its university partnership programs, Ricons, together with other companies in the Ecosystem, recently organized a site visit to construction projects in Northern Vietnam for nearly 250 third- and fourth-year Construction students from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.
The two destinations selected for this field trip were K8HH1 and The Matrix One – Phase 2 — prominent projects currently being executed by Ricons in Hanoi.
More than just a construction site tour, the program offered students a valuable opportunity to gain closer exposure to the construction profession through hands-on, real-world experience, including:
– Observing construction organization and site management practices;
– Understanding key requirements related to safety, quality, and progress control during project execution;
– Connecting classroom knowledge with practical working environments;
– Engaging and exchanging insights with Ricons’ engineers and Site Management Boards.
Through this program, Ricons aims to create opportunities for students to access real project environments while they are still at university. This helps them gain a clearer understanding of the profession, better visualize the working environment at large-scale construction projects, and further nurture their passion for the construction industry.
For Ricons, accompanying the next generation of young engineers is not only part of the connection between universities and enterprises, but also a meaningful contribution to the development of high-quality human resources for Vietnam’s construction industry in the future.
Ricons wishes the students of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering continued passion, eagerness to learn, and readiness to make their mark on the journey ahead.
