Last week, the Grand Finale of the BIM – Next Generation Competition 2025 took place at Newtecons Building, leaving a lasting impression on all participants and guests. The event served as a dynamic and meaningful academic playground for students in the field of Construction, where creativity and the spirit of conquering challenges were powerfully ignited.
With the aim of nurturing creativity while equipping young engineers with confidence, skills, and resilience in the digital transformation era, the competition has affirmed its position as a prestigious academic platform. After five months of dedicated effort, the six most outstanding teams advanced to the final round, confidently presenting their BIM models. The dramatic performances and fair evaluation process culminated in the Award Ceremony, where young talents were honored for their remarkable achievements.
Ricons proudly joined hands with ecosystem members – Newtecons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, BOHO and D&B – as the exclusive sponsor of the program. This initiative also highlights Ricons’ and the ecosystem’s commitment to building strong connections with universities and colleges in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, and MEP across Ho Chi Minh City.
The competition sparked innovative thinking in design and construction through BIM technology, while also creating a genuine bridge between students and enterprises. It contributed to shaping a young generation of professionals who are knowledgeable, skillful, and ready to embrace their future careers.
Through BIM – Next Generation Competition, students had the valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience, engage with industry experts, win attractive prizes, and more importantly, open doors to internships and career opportunities at Vietnam’s leading construction enterprises.
