ACCELERATING COMPLETION – AKARI HOANG NAM – BLOCK F SPEEDS TOWARDS THE FINISH LINE

Entering mid-July 2024, Akari Hoang Nam – Block F project continues to push forward rapidly towards completion. As of now, Akari Hoang Nam – Block F is in the phase of finalizing various components and has begun the apartment handover process. The construction work consistently meets the criteria for safety, quality, and progress, earning high praise from the investors.

Dubbed the “City of Light,” Akari Hoang Nam– Block F is a large-scale project developed in collaboration with Nam Long and two Japanese investors, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad. Partnering with the investors in this project, Ricons assumes the role of General Contractor, responsible for the structure, finishing, and MEP installation for the basement, superstructure, technical infrastructure, and interior landscaping.

Akari Hoang Nam – Block F comprises four towers, each with one basement and 30 floors above ground. Upon completion and handover, it will provide 1,690 apartments to the real estate market.

The entire project management team remains dedicated and highly focused to ensure the project’s successful and timely completion in accordance with commitments made to the investors. According to the plan, the project is scheduled to be handed over in October 2024.
