Dwight School Hanoi is a collaborative project between Ricons and the investor Bitexco, with Ricons serving as the main contractor for the construction and MEP installation package. The project is located in The Manor Central Park (Dwight School Hanoi), Dai Kim Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi, and is being constructed on a site exceeding 32,000 square meters. It comprises a basement and five above-ground floors, featuring an open architectural design with luxurious, modern facilities. This “architectural masterpiece” is designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Zapata, known for iconic global structures such as the 22-story Cooper Square Hotel in downtown New York, the Miami airport lounge, Chicago’s Soldier Field, and in Vietnam, the Bitexco Financial Tower and JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. Upon completion and operation, Dwight School Hanoi will offer state-of-the-art classrooms and a connected space system including a lobby, auditorium, Spark of Genius lecture halls, a Technology and Design Center, Marker Space labs for all educational levels, a Black Box Theater, an 800-seat Performing Arts Center, a 2,000 square meter library, a pottery studio, a music academy, music technology rooms, two large multipurpose sports arenas, and an aquatic sports center.
Dwight School is a leading global network of Baccalaureate schools. Consequently, the bilingual school within The Manor Central Park (Dwight School Hanoi) will inherit the finest educational programs, embodying the quintessence of Dwight’s 150-year history of educational development.
The project was inaugurated in May 2023. Over the past 12 months, Ricons Management Board has been working continuously at a rapid pace, adhering closely to the schedule while ensuring safety and quality. The project is now in its final stages of completion, accelerating towards the finish line with handover to the investor anticipated in June 2024.
