On the evening of November 7, 2023, the construction crew of Akari Hoang Nam – Block F effectively finished pouring over 700 cubic meters of concrete on the roofs of two towers, F2 and F3. The concrete pouring of the F2 and F3 towers’ roof floors was brought to completion with the help of more than 200 engineers and skilled laborers. Work was due on the morning of November 8.
The management team and the staff demonstrated an extreme degree of focus, rigor, and urgency throughout the building process, which allowed the concrete pouring of the roof floor to exceed investor expectations of time and quality.
Akari City – ‘The City of Light,’ is a large-scale project jointly implemented by Nam Long with two Japanese investors, Hankyu Hanshin, and Nishi Nippon Railroad. Ricons joins the project as the General Contractor. The firm is in charge of structure, finishing, as well as mechanical and electrical installation for the tunnel, body and technical infrastructure, and internal landscape.
The project scale includes 4 towers, each including 1 basement and 30 floors, with a total of 1690 apartment units, covering 203,000m2 of construction area.
According to the plan, project Akari Hoang Nam’s Block F will go on with roof floor completion of the remaining two towers, F1 and F4. This will be in time with the completion of other structures, all set for the official topping-out at the end of November/ 2023.
