What makes the magical speed at Vinhomes Smart City?

As the last weeks of 2019 are passing, on the giant construction site of Vinhomes Smart City (Hanoi), the towers constructed by Ricons in turns excellently completed the structures ahead of the schedule. Within over a half of year, from a wild land next to Thang Long Boulevard axis, the buildings of Vinhomes Smart City have risen and become a highlight for the West of the Capital. The speed and large scale are the two outstanding features assessed for this project. But few people know that it is backed by the restless dedication of a collective of engineers, workers and unforgettable memories.

At the project, Ricons constructed 2 towers H10 and H07, with 1 basement and 29-30 floors each. The foundation construction started from April 2019. During this period, the Management Unit often faced a lot of difficulties. Especially, it had to face pressure every day. Overtime work during the days and nights gradually becomes a habit, especially when the concreting work often happened at night and ended in the next noon.

Sharing about the magical speed of the project, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, the Project Leader said: “So far, people have been the decisive factor to the project’s success. The schedule is tense, but the working spirit of the people is always enthusiastic. Moreover, the Management Unit always received the active support from all the departments in terms of construction techniques, equipment as well as the encouragement from the Company’s Board of Leaders. This is also our motivation to make more efforts for the rest of the project”.

With the united spirit, profession and steady performance which has been expressed over the past time, we believe that the “magical speed” together with quality, safety and aesthetics will be brought by Ricons’ Management Unit to Vinhomes Smart City project in the future.
