Ricons’ Celadon City A5b project was officially certified by Gamuda Land on March 3, 2023, as the project with the highest GQUAS score of 76.9% in the entire Celadon urban area since the project’s implementation.

GQUAS is a standards system developed by Gamuda Land based on the CONQUAS system established by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority. Every stage of a project, from implementation to topping-out and completion, is subjected to a rigorous thorough examination and inspection procedure to guarantee that the project satisfies standards and delivers the finest living environment possible in response to residents’ demands.
With the GQUAS score of 76.9%, Celadon A5b is currently ranked first among all phases of Celadon City project so far.
