RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On October 3, 2023, Ricons as the Main Contractor was pleased to get a GQUAS assessment certificate of 79.6% from investor Gamuda Land for the Celadon City Plot A6a project. The specifics are:
Dates of evaluation: September 25 – September 28, 2023
GQUAS Malaysia is the evaluation unit.
Gamuda Land Joint Stock Company (HCMC) is the investor.
GQUAS is a standardization system created by Gamuda Land that is based on the CONQUAS system established by the Singapore Department of Building and Construction. According to GQUAS’s operating standards, the project goes through a highly strict process of comprehensive evaluation and censorship from implementation to topping out and completion to ensure that the project always complies with the regulations set, creating a living environment that meets the needs of residents.
Celadon City Plot A6a contains one basement, six podium floors, and four 15-story towers. GBA has a total area of 152,000 m2, 546 apartments, and building will begin in the first quarter of 2022. The project is now finished and in the process of being handed over to investors and residents.
Previously, in February 2023, the Celadon A5b project received an evaluation score of 76.9%, placing it first in the overall project evaluation ranking. Since the project’s inception, Celadon City Plot A6a has officially set a new record for the GQUAS standard quality score of the Celadon City Tan Phu urban area project cluster.
