Last week, at Narra Residences project, Ricons successfully completed the concrete pour for the Level 3 transfer slab of Tower N1, with a total concrete volume of 2,800 m³.
The Level 3 transfer slab of Tower N1 has a thickness of 2.5 meters, requiring the construction planning to be carefully calculated across all stages, from site preparation, manpower and equipment arrangement, concrete truck coordination to quality control throughout the pouring process. Given the project’s central location and high logistics coordination requirements, Ricons Site Management Board implemented a strict control plan to ensure that the concrete truck flow was maintained continuously, safely, and without affecting activities around the construction site.
In addition to technical execution, safety was always placed as the top priority. Before and during construction, the project’s Site Management Board conducted inspections and reviews of safety conditions, organized work-zone traffic flow, and controlled equipment, manpower and critical areas to ensure that the concrete pour was carried out as planned, meeting stringent requirements for safety, quality and progress.
The successful completion of the Level 3 transfer slab concrete pour at Tower N1 marks an important transition in the structural construction of Narra Residences project. Following this milestone, the project will enter the accelerated superstructure construction phase, creating a strong foundation for Ricons to continue closely following the overall schedule and fulfilling its commitments to the Developer.
Narra Residences is part of the Empire City complex in Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Empire City LLC.
