RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
SwanPark Project is a modern new urban area integrated with perfect service utilities in the East of Saigon. Commenced from October 2018, after nearly one year, 452 villas un division 1A undertaken by Ricons started to be completed and handed over to the Investor.
The project was not only highly-appreciated when it exceeded the rough construction for 2 months, but also satisfied the Investor with outstanding quality at present. Especially, the project was also awarded a certificate of 3.5 million hours of safety and good control of safety without any labor accident on site.
The images updated in October have partly reflected Ricons’ construction capacity through Swanpark Project.
