On the evening of March 4, 2025, TT Avio project accomplished a significant milestone by completing a substantial concrete pour for the basement level B2 of Tower A Zone 1. This pour, totaling nearly 700 cubic meters, was executed within just 12 hours, marking an important step in the structural construction phase of the project.

– Foundation structure: March 2025.

– Contract Scope: Nearly 1.6 hectares, including Towers A and B which rise to 30 and 37 stories respectively, with two shared basement levels. The apartments, ranging from 50 to 60 square meters, are designed to Japanese standards.
