RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Vinhomes Smart City is the first world-class smart city in Vietnam. As a contractor accompanying many large-scale projects by Vingroup, Ricons is currently handling the construction of Sapphire towers in this project, with each tower being 29-30 floors high.
Given the impacts of Covid-19, especially in Hanoi, one of the disease’s epicenters in Vietnam, the construction site is also suffering from certain consequences. Despite limited personnel, the Steering Committee manages to take control, ensure safety and maintain the schedule. According to the plan, the project will be ready for technical inspection this early May and for handover this June.
