In June 2026, Elyse Marina Club, part of the Dai Phuoc Paragon villa compound in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai, was officially handed over and put into operation, receiving high appreciation from the Developer, Nam Long Group.
Spanning more than 1.5 hectares, Elyse Marina Club is a riverside amenity complex developed to create a secluded and experience-rich community space for residents.
Under this package, Ricons was responsible for structural works, exterior finishing, MEP systems, internal infrastructure and related amenity items. Throughout the implementation process, the Site Management Team closely followed requirements on safety, quality and progress, while paying careful attention to aesthetics in each finishing item.
As one of the central amenities of the Dai Phuoc Paragon villa compound, Elyse Marina Club has been completed with a refined approach, harmoniously blending with the overall space. The project contributes to the completion of the internal amenity system and enhances the living experience at Dai Phuoc Paragon.
