Every journey at Ricons begins with the first days of becoming familiar with the work, colleagues and corporate culture, helping new employees build greater understanding, confidence and readiness to move forward together.
On the morning of 13 June 2026, the Human Resources Management Department organised the programme “Senior Leadership Meeting with New Employees and Onboarding Training – Phase 1/2026” simultaneously in Southern and Northern Vietnam.
Nearly 60 new employees had the opportunity to meet, listen to and engage directly with Ricons’ Senior Leadership. In the South, the programme was attended by Mr. Tran Quang Quan – Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board; Mr. Nguyen Hieu – General Director; Mr. Phan Vinh Phuc – Operations Director; Mr. Le Phong Vu – Human Resources Management Director, and representatives of the Human Resources Management Department. In the North, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vang – Project Director, represented Ricons’ Senior Leadership and engaged with the new team members.

More than a formal welcome session, the programme created an open and engaging platform for dialogue between Ricons’ Senior Leadership and our newest employees. Insights into our vision, development direction, corporate culture and core values helped each participant gain a clearer understanding of the journey we are pursuing, as well as the role every individual plays in strengthening our collective success.
At Ricons, we encourage every employee to develop professional capabilities, build on personal strengths and establish a suitable career development pathway. During the discussion, our new team members also openly shared their initial impressions, workplace experiences and personal expectations as they became part of the Ricons family.
Building on the strategic discussions, the programme continued with practical onboarding content. At Ricons’ Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Le Phong Vu – Human Resources Management Director, introduced our corporate culture, while Ms. Nguyen Tu Dinh from the Human Resources Management Department presented employee policies and welfare benefits. At the Hanoi Office, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vang – Project Director, delivered the corresponding onboarding content.

Through the programme, our new employees gained a clearer understanding of Ricons’ culture, policies and ways of working, while also experiencing the spirit of openness, connection and care that we foster across our workforce.
In the coming period, the Human Resources Management Department will continue to organise further leadership engagement and onboarding sessions, creating a strong foundation for every new employee to quickly adapt to their role, proactively develop their capabilities and join Ricons in achieving the goals ahead.
