Project Name: Brotex Vietnam Fiber Manufacturing Plant – Section C, Phase 5.
Investor: Brotex Co., Ltd. (Vietnam)
Venue: Lots 51 and 52, N14 Road, Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province.
Project Scale: The project comprises one workshop, eight warehouses, and all infrastructure for Phases 2 and 3, with a total construction area of 150,000 square meters.
Role of Ricons: General contractor for structural, finishing works, installation of MEP systems, water supply and drainage systems.
The facility is currently in the handover period and undergoing additional construction works. As a long-term partner of Brotex Co., Ltd. Vietnam through various project phases, Ricons has demonstrated its superior ability and experience in factory construction, providing optimal, cost-effective solutions while ensuring safety and quality standards in line with commitments made to the Investor.
