Celadon City Plot A6a, located in Tan Phu District, is part of the Diamond Alnata Plus precinct—one of the four most premium subdivisions of Celadon City. It is regarded as an enhanced version to finalize the Alnata diamond, focusing on maximizing the convenience for its residents, thus contributing to the development of a comfortable, high-class urban area that brings a cool, fresh environment to Ho Chi Minh City.

The project encompasses one basement level, a 6-floor podium, and four towers, each standing 15 stories tall. With a total GBA of 152,000 m² and 546 apartments, its construction commenced in the first quarter of 2022.

The project has now been officially completed and handed over, welcoming residents to their new homes and has garnered high praise from the investors. As the main contractor, the Celadon City Plot A6a project, executed by Ricons, has been proudly awarded a GQUAS evaluation certificate by the investor Gamuda Land, achieving 79.6% – a score that leads the ranking chart for all projects from their start to the present.

Congratulations to site management board of Celadon City Plot A6a for successfully completing the project with utmost safety and quality, thereby adding another milestone project that bears the hallmark of Vietnam’s leading construction contractor.
