RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay hotel project is in Dong Hung Thang 1 residential area, Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province. The project was built on an area of 2,089 m2 with a scale of 2 basements, 15 floors. Ricons is the General Contractor of structural, finishing and M&E for the whole project.
Currently, Ricons is implementing the construction of tunnel B1. With a depth of -13m equivalent to 3 tunnels, it is extremely important to ensure safe construction to avoid affecting neighboring works. The tunnel construction in carried out in the period of stormy weather which encountered many difficulties. However, the Ricons team still determined to complete the goal of closing the tunnel cover by mid-October.
