RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
L’Avenir Quy Nhon hotel project is located on Nguyen Hue street in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. As the main contractor, Ricons undertakes the structural and finishing works for the 4-star hotel with a scale of 27 floors. Currently, structural work is being carried out to 13th floor.
For the elliptical main tower block, the Ricons Command has implemented an improved method of film-coated coffa instead of the usual method of using pre-shaped aluminum or steel coffa. The process is controlled in detail, especially in the maintenance phase. With this improvement, Ricons not only helps the Client save costs but also speed up the progress and achieve the best construction quality.
Although the project is not significantly affected by the 4th wave of the Covid-19 epidemic, Ricons team at L’Avenir Quy Nhon project still strictly adhere to epidemic prevention standards. With the current performance, Ricons aims to complete the project structure by the end of 2021, in accordance with the plan committed with the Client.
