Last week, Ricons launched a charity event during which the firm visited two organizations in need. This was part of a series in its program aimed at the community and society in 2023.
Ricons’ first destination was Bo De Phuong Duy school (also known as Kim Chi charitable house) in Thu Thua town, Thu Thua district, Long An province – a special school that nourishes 156 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Even though material conditions and learning facilities are still insufficient, Bo De Phuong Duy School goes out of its way to provide for children to secure them a brighter future. The school also has a noteworthy achievement in that, for many years in a row, 100% of 12th graders have been admitted to prestigious institutions such as the University of Science and Technology and the University of Economics, or graduated with a baccalaureate degree.

Also this April, Ricons plans to visit May Ngan House (Cam Giang Commune, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province). The institution was founded in 1996 by Venerable Thich Dinh Tanh as a shelter for not only the vulnerable elderly but disabled orphans. May Ngan is currently nurturing and caring for 158 old persons and 76 children from birth to 16 years old.
Ricons has provided the basics, sponsoring desks and chairs for youngsters and beds for elderly residents. Extending living spaces for the elderly was also what the company aimed at.
The initiative has captured the attention and participation of a huge number of Ricons workforce who want to promote love and contribute to the creation of a better, more compassionate society.
