On an annual basis to show gratitude for the dedication of the staff, this morning, September 7, 2019 at the Dreamplex hall, Ho Chi Minh City, Ricons solemnly held “The ceremony to honor employees with 5 years of seniority.” – 10 years – 15 years of dedication”. This year’s ceremony honors 70 employees and becomes even more meaningful when coincides with Ricons’ 15th anniversary of the company’s establishment.
Over the 15-year journey of formation and development, Ricons has achieved many successes on the path of “Building prosperity, fulfilling aspirations”. To achieve that success is the journey of efforts of thousands of people with burning passion day and night. Therefore, the annual honor ceremony is not only an opportunity to look back on the past journey with extremely proud marks, but also an opportunity for Ricons to honor the people who have always been dedicated and unceasingly devoted to the Company.
Honoring employees for 10 years of dedication
Also on this occasion, Ricons honored 2 Manwah and Paiho construction sites for their excellent achievements in August 2019. In addition, at the end of the program, the General Director shared about the development orientation of Ricons in the coming time.
The ceremony ended with many emotions. Believing that with the special recognition and gratitude from the Company, each employee will always be strong-willed, accompany and devote enthusiastically to the Company in the upcoming journey.
