RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of August 1, 2024, Ricons, in collaboration with the investment developer, the Japanese joint venture Cosmos Initia – TT Capital – Koterasu Partner, solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for TT Avio project in Di An City, Binh Duong Province. The event was well attended by Board of Directors and staff of Ricons, along with representatives from Cosmos Initia, TT Capital, and Koterasu Partner.
TT Avio is prominently located on the DT743A road, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province, within a bustling residential area. The project, spread over a 1.6-hectare site, features two towers, A and B, rising 30 and 37 stories respectively, with two shared basement levels. The apartments, ranging in size from 50 to 60 square meters, are designed in various styles aimed at providing a high-standard living space, meeting rigorous Japanese criteria.
The developer’s trust in appointing Ricons as the main construction contractor for a project with stringent Japanese standards is a testament to Ricons’ brand credibility in the real estate market. Notably, in the TT Avio project, Ricons will implement BIM model to ensure meticulous supervision and enhance efficiency throughout the construction process.
