As December begins, the northern region embraces winter with its typical bitter cold and frosty winds. However, such chills cannot dampen the spirit of Ricons’ Site Management Board – as they have received heartfelt care and warmth from the Company and Ricons’ Union.
Specifically, in December 2024, Ricons Union, in collaboration with the Human Resources Management Department, organized visits to Northern project sites and delivered warm clothing to the Site Management Board. The visited projects included:

Amid the bustling atmosphere of year-end activities, these warm jackets, handed personally to the Site Management Teams, carried a heartfelt message: “Your health and well-being are Ricons’ top priorities.”
These presents not only help to stave off the cold but also serve as a significant source of encouragement, fueling the team’s passion and determination to join hands with Ricons in conquering the challenges and goals ahead.
