RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Resort segment is one of the Ricons strength. In Binh Thuan, Ricons is undertaking the construction of Novaworld Phan Thiet project with a total area of up to 986ha invested by Novaland Group. In which, Ricons is currently in charge of structural, finishing and M&E packages for 160 villas.
At the project, Ricons team has applied the improved method of using plastic septic tanks instead of the traditional method of concreting septic tanks. As the result, the structural work is significantly accelerated. Now, 160 apartments’ structure have completed 100%. Ricons team is focusing on the finishing part.
During the period heavily affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, mobilizing construction workers on the project faced many difficulties. However, along with many solutions for allocating resources and applying improvements in construction methods, Ricons team has gradually removed difficulties as well as successfully completed the planned objectives. After only half a year, the deserted sand dunes on the coast have undergone impressive changes. The project is expected to be completed and handed over to Novaland by the end of this year.
