The Department of Human Resources Management organized the event “The CEO meets the staff who completed 2 months of probation at Ricons” on the morning of September 22.

Mr. Tran Quang Quan, the general director of Ricons, the director of human resources management, as well as close to 40 employees who had successfully finished their two-month probationary period, attended the program.
Mr. Tran Quang Quan informed the new staff body about the culture, vision, and mission of Ricons as well as positive news for the company’s future, with the motto that the company’s human resources are its greatest asset and the key to success. In addition, the CEO stressed the company’s mission of cooperation, openness, and chances for career advancement.


The Director of Human Resources, Mr. Le Phong Vu, went on to share his experiences from more than 15 years of his employment at Ricons after the session.
Each new employee got the chance to introduce themselves during the meeting and discuss their opinions and thoughts regarding their time spent on their probationary period at building sites and departments. The pride in donning the Ricons outfit comes first, though.



There will undoubtedly be many surprises and new things to learn for new employees joining Ricons. Ricons is confident that its employees will quickly integrate and will soon become key forces in the development of the firm. On its part, Ricons takes great pride in its professional working environment as the top general contractor in Vietnam, where the previous generation raised the next generation with solidarity and support, all for the common goals.
