On January 8, 2022, Ricons successfully held the General Conference to conclude 2021 and defend the business plan in 2022 at Lotte Hotel Saigon, District 1. Facing complications from the Covid-19 pandemic, the program was streamlined to ensure disease control measures.
At the Conference, the Board of Directors and the managerial staff had a presentation on the business situation of the Company in 2021. In the context of Vietnam’s socio-economic and real estate market being heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, Ricons still persisted with consistent orientation, clear goals and flexible business strategies, and the result was that Ricons exceeded various targets in the business plan with a revenue of more than VND 8,100 billion.
On construction sites, Ricons’ managers maintained their operations to ensure progress. In addition, during the year, a series of high-rise projects, resorts and factories were started and handed over from North to South, painting Ricons in a prosperous business picture.
It can be said that the results in 2021 reflected the spirit of “new normal, new attitude” by Ricons staff. Recognizing and appreciating the staff’s remarkable efforts, great dedication as well as silent sacrifices, during the Conference, the Company’s Board of Directors honored outstanding individuals and collectives
On the basis of solid internal resources, the Conference opened up optimistic signals about the operation situation in 2022. With the unifying highly-qualified workforce, Ricons is ready to overcome all challenges and reach new heights in the future.
