RICONS HANDS OVER ZONE 6 OF RIVER GARDEN RESIDENCES PROJECT

In February 2023, Ricons continued to hand over Zone 6 of the River Garden Residences project (Hoa Sen Dai Phuoc Zone 6).

Project summary:
Project name: River Garden Residences – Zone 6.
Location: In the heart of the SwanBay urban area, Dai Phuoc island, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province.
Employer: SwanCity
Project scale: 2 towers, with 16 floors each and a total of 742 apartment units.
Total floor area: 58,000 m2.

As the general contractor, Ricons consistently upholds the project’s safety and quality standards. The project is currently being handed over to the employer and customers.
