RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Ricons has recently completed and officially handed over the construction package for “Structural, Finishing, MEP and Landscape Infrastructure Works for the Multipurpose Building” in Subdivision 8A of the Eco Retreat – Long An project.
Developed by the founder of Ecopark, Eco Retreat Long An is located on Nguyen Huu Tri Street, Thanh Phu, Ben Luc, Long An. Covering a total area of 220 hectares – including 55 hectares dedicated to green spaces and community amenities – the project aims to create a model eco-urban area where residents can enjoy a healthy, nature-inspired lifestyle with all modern conveniences. With high standards for service quality and facilities, Eco Retreat Long An aspires to become a new symbol of peaceful living and green development in the picturesque Mekong Delta.
Following the success of previous collaborations in Hung Yen and Vinh City, the Ecopark founder once again placed trust in Ricons to execute this key package as the main contractor. The scope of work plays a vital role in shaping the “Multipurpose Building” – a community hub that blends architecture, landscaping, and social values.
In just under five months of construction, Ricons team – with solid experience, outstanding execution capabilities and a strong sense of responsibility – successfully completed the project on schedule, fully meeting the client’s stringent requirements for quality and safety.
