RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Vinhomes Ocean Park is developed by Vingroup under the green urban model in Singaporean standards. With a total construction area of 420 hectares, the highlight of the project is the 24.5-hectare central white sand lake and 6.1 hectares of saltwater.
Upon participation, Ricons undertook the construction of three towers in Sapphire subarea and 60 adjacent houses and semi-detached villas. Under rapid construction speed, many construction items have already been completed and handed over to customers.
More precisely, 60 semi-detached and adjacent villas, as well as shophouses in Sao Bien 2 and 3 are in the handover stage and have been received positive feedback from the Developer and customers. According to the bidding package, Ricons is in charge of the structural construction and exterior finishing. It is predicted that the villas will be completely finished and handed over by the end of the first quarter of 2020.

Meanwhile, the three 28-story towers S1.10, S1.11 and S1.12 constructed by Ricons are also in the completion stage. With the application of exterior concrete wall technology in structural construction and the erection of acotec wall panels in finishing work, the project is evaluated to have achieved tremendous progress within just 18 months. In accordance with the schedule in July 2020, 1645 apartments of the three towers will be ready to welcome residents.

Given the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Steering Committee at the construction site has taken great measures to combat the disease so as to ensure the construction schedule as well as all standards of quality, safety, aesthetics and functionality is met.
