On the morning of March 25, 2024, at the Ricons office headquarters, Mr. Tran Quang Quan – Ricons’ General Director– handed over the appointment decision to Mr. Hoang Phuong Lam with the role of Ricons’Operations Director.
Mr. Hoang Phuong Lam graduated from the University of Civil Engineering, has nearly 25 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has held several key positions at leading construction companies in Vietnam. Officially appointed as the
Operations Director of Ricons starting March 2024, Mr. Lâm previously served as the Operations Director of Newtecons. Known for his deep understanding and keen insight into the market, along with his decisive management style, Mr. Lam’s appointment is expected to bolster the leadership team at Ricons, empowering to pursue new goals with enhanced vigor.
