In April 2026, Eco HH1 Project – Subzone 6, developed by Ecopark Group in Long An, was actively executed by Ricons in line with the planned schedule. Acting as the Design & Build General Contractor, Ricons mobilized resources and implemented synchronized construction measures to ensure the project’s key objectives of Safety – Quality – Progress.
Construction progress update:
– Two residential towers: Structural works reached Level 3
– Underground parking area: Over 70% of the structural works has been completed
Upcoming implementation plan:
– Continue focusing on structural works across all zones
– In Q2 2026, the project is scheduled to commence the construction of the mock-up floor
During the execution phase, the project has encountered several challenges, including underground works carried out during the prolonged rainy season, as well as general market fluctuations. However, the Site Management Board has proactively coordinated resources and optimized construction methodologies to maintain the overall project schedule.
With a proactive and determined approach, Eco HH1 Project continues to maintain stable construction momentum, gearing up for key milestones in Q2 2026.
